The Saskatoon Police Service is looking into the shooting of a 33-year-old woman on Saturday.
On Monday, police said officers were called Saturday at about 11:30 p.m., to a house in the 1800 block of 22nd Street West near St. Paul’s Hospital.
At the scene, officers found a woman who was suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot. She was taken to hospital for treatment.
Police said the suspect had fled the scene by the time officers arrived. They believe the victim and suspect know each other.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
It was the second shooting in that area in as many days.
