RCMP in Punnichy want the public’s help in finding two men who are each facing a variety of charges, including offences surrounding impaired driving.
Forty-eight-year-old Darryl Raymond Longman is wanted on outstanding warrants that stem from Oct. 3, 2015. His charges include dangerous driving, impaired driving, and failing to provide a breath sample.
Mounties also said Longman has additional outstanding warrants from a separate incident from early June. He was charged with assault, assault with a weapon and uttering threats in that case.
He’s described as First Nation, five feet eleven inches tall and 225 pounds with brown eyes, shoulder length black hair with some grey in it usually worn in a ponytail. RCMP said he has a big belly and can be seen with a trimmed grey moustache. Longman also has a tattoo of a First Nation’s Chief wearing a headdress on his upper right arm and another tattoo of a sword with wings with names printed on it on his upper left arm.
Longman has been known to travel to Muskowekwan First Nation, George Gordon First Nation and Regina.
RCMP said they’re also looking for 37-year-old Shawn William Lacquette. He faces charges including driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding .08 and driving while disqualified. Police said he failed to show up to court for sentencing last month.
Lacquette is described as First Nation, five feet ten inches tall and 200 pounds with short black hair, brown eyes and glasses. He too is known to frequent George Gordon First Nation and Regina. Police also believe it’s possible he may be working at a mine or construction site in Saskatchewan.
RCMP have not indicated if the two men know each other or if they might be together.
Anyone with information on either man’s whereabouts is asked to contact Punnichy RCMP at 306-835-5200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
