Just days after word got around of a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen coming to Saskatoon, 980 CJME has learned Regina will be getting its own location.
The fried chicken chain confirmed both cities will be getting Popeyes franchises in 2017.
It did not provide further detail on when exactly those locations would open – or where they would be located.
Saskatoon electrician Ben Pietila, owner of Charged Electric Inc., said construction gets underway this week for the Saskatoon store, with plans to open as early as July.
