RCMP are investigating a death after a body was found on a Saskatchewan highway.
Officers were called out to a stretch of Highway 4 about a kilometre south of Battleford just after 4:15 a.m. Wednesday.
A driver reported they’d found a man’s body in the middle of the road.
With investigators expected to be working at the scene for several hours, police warned drivers to expect delays on Highway 4 heading both north and south.
Traffic was still being detoured around the area as of 10 a.m. Wednesday.
