Saskatoon police have released surveillance footage from a July 31 bank robbery in the hopes of finding the suspect.
Police said a man entered the TD Canada Trust on 8th Street near Circle Drive around 11:30 a.m. and demanded cash.
He told the employee he had a weapon, but no weapon was seen.
The man eventually fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash, before police arrived.
He’s described by police as white, short and around 50 years old. He sported a brown beard and large belly, wearing a black, silk-rimmed fedora with sunglasses and a black long-sleeved shirt along with a mesh jacket.
One of his hands was bandaged, and he was carrying a blue bag.
The suspect was caught on the bank’s surveillance cameras driving in a dark-coloured vehicle.
Anyone with information regarding the robbery or the suspect is asked to contact Saskatoon police at 306-975-8300.
