The Riders announced some more key dates ahead of the 2025 CFL season, including when single-game tickets will become available and when the Green and White Game will take place.

Part of the Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation investment will see $430,000 go toward providing 1,000 new helmets to players in more than 125 communities across the province.

Logan Ferland was grateful to all the coaches and teammates who have helped get him to where he is today.

"Training Camp is a foundational part of the football season, and we couldn't be happier to be returning to Saskatoon where year after year our fans welcome us back with open arms."

The 6-foot-4, 310-pound Ferland has been a starter on the offensive line since 2021, received his first All-CFL nomination in 2024 and was a key part a Rider offence that allowed just 35 sacks.

The CFL said the Saskatchewan Roughriders were over the cap for the 2024 season by $40,121, and will face a fine as a result. The league did not reveal the exact sum the team will need to pay.
