Three people are facing a lengthy list of criminal charges after allegedly robbing a business in North Battleford at gunpoint.
According to the Saskatchewan RCMP, officers were called to the business, located in the city along Highway 16, at around 10:40 p.m. on Saturday.

The Mounties said three men entered the business and threatened employees with a gun.
“The suspects assaulted one employee, who was later treated at the hospital for injuries described as non-life-threatening in nature,” the RCMP said in a statement issued on Monday.
After stealing cash and electronics along with ID and financial cards, the robbers took off in a vehicle on Highway 16, the RCMP said.
Police caught up with the alleged robbers near the Borden Bridge, and all three were arrested after a traffic stop.
“Officers located and seized the items reported as stolen, as well as a loaded handgun, from the vehicle,” the RCMP said.
The three men – a 41-year-old man from Saskatoon, a 44-year-old man from Saskatoon and a 41-year-old man from Corman Park – are each facing 13 charges including robbery with a firearm, assault with a weapon, forcible confinement, uttering threats, careless use of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon and assorted other gun charges.
All three were scheduled to appear in North Battleford Provincial Court on Monday, police said.
