Three people – including a pair of teen girls – are facing charges after allegedly evading police in Saskatoon.
The first incident happened just after 7 p.m. on Wednesday, when police got a report of a stolen vehicle on Avenue C North. Police located the vehicle in the Campus Drive area just before 9 p.m., but said the driver refused to stop. Police unsuccessfully tried to use stop sticks to deflate the vehicle’s tires, but the vehicle came to a stop after running into a snowbank.
