A 22-year-old man wanted in a Regina murder case has the dubious honour of appearing on the country’s most-wanted list.
Reshaun Norman Cote is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for second-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of 22-year-old Everett Wolfe Roberts-Orr. According to police, Roberts-Orr was gunned down on May 12 in the 4800 block of Sherwood Drive. Two other people – 24-year-old Isaiah James Dustyhorn and a 17-year-old who cannot be named publicly under the Youth Criminal Justice Act – have already been arrested and charged in connection with the death.

Earlier this month, the Bolo Program – a project of the Stéphan Crétier Foundation which tracks wanted criminals across Canada in collaboration with police – updated its Top 25 Most Wanted list, adding Cote. He was placed ninth on the list, just ahead of Jonathan Ouellet-Gendron, who is wanted for murder in Saskatoon.
“RPS Investigators have been working to locate and arrest Reshaun Cote,” Trent Stevely, Regina’s deputy police chief, said in a statement.
Stevely said the Bolo Program often brings national attention to wanted criminals, “which can help us bring this investigation to a successful conclusion.”
Another Regina murder suspect, Daniel Juma Atem, is also on the national list, coming in 14th. According to the Bolo Program, rewards of up to $50,000 could be paid for information leading to his arrest.
