Saskatoon police have arrested a 29-year-old Saskatoon woman who allegedly broke a window on a city bus and committed an assault on Thursday.
Just before 3 p.m. in the 200 Block 3rd Avenue North police were called to a disturbance involving a bus.
Alternative Response Officers patrolling the area arrived to find the sole occupant of the bus acting erratically inside.
According to a police news release, two girls, aged 17 and 19, were assaulted verbally and physically before the unknown woman threw a cup of bodily fluids on them.
650 CKOM asked Saskatoon police what type of bodily fluids were used in the assault, but police said it hasn’t been determined.
“It’s possible it may have been a mixture of fluids but I’m not able to say definitively what they might’ve been,” a police spokesperson said in an email. “I can confirm that blood was not believed to be one of them, though.”
