Saskatoon company Denovo Window & Door Inc. has been fined for not using a fall protection system in an incident that resulted in the serious injury to a worker.
The company pleaded guilty in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Oct. 2 to the violation of Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. The Court imposed a fine of $50,000 with a surcharge of $20,000.
