The Prince Albert Police Service has now identified the city’s second homicide victim of the year.
Norman Wenzel, 41, was found early Monday morning, suffering from serious injuries. He died in hospital.
An autopsy was completed on Tuesday and investigators with the Criminal Investigations Division Major Crimes and Forensic Identification Section continue to investigate.
No arrests have been made at this time.
On July 1, at 1:15 a.m., police and ambulance responded to a residence on Kemp Crescent for a complaint of a disturbance.
Investigators continue to ask anyone who lives in the area of the 100-800 Block of 15th Avenue East and McIntosh Drive from First Street East to 15th Avenue East to check their video surveillance from midnight to 2 a.m. on July 1.

Neighbours who spoke to paNOW said the home on Kemp Crescent has been a source of continuous problems and had been visited by police in the past.
Through social media, Wenzel’s sister has made a plea for help finding her brother’s murderer.
