Saskatoon police say a body was recovered near the Sutherland dog park on Sunday.
According to a brief statement from police, officers were called out to the 100 block of Beef Research Road at around 8 a.m.
When they got there, they found a person’s body. Police didn’t say whether the person was male or female.
Due to the nature of the death, police said they aren’t releasing any more information, although at this point it doesn’t appear as though the death is suspicious.
The remains have been turned over to the coroner for further investigation.
