A $2-million showhome is the grand prize in Saskatoon’s Spring 2024 Hospital Home Lottery.
The home, located at 280 Edgemont Cres. in Edgemont Park Estates, was custom built by Fraser Homes. It includes a great room with a double-sided fireplace, a kitchen with two islands, an open butler pantry, a full bar, a lounge space, a theatre room and a secret library.
The 4,100-square-foot home also features five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a three-vehicle garage. It comes fully furnished and professionally decorated and landscaped.
The grand prize also includes $50,000 cash.
The deadline to buy tickets for the grand prize is March 15.
The Early Bird Prize is a vacation to the Maldives and a Mercedes-Benz EQB 350 4MATIC SUV, or $120,000 in cash.
The early bird deadline is March 1.
The lottery’s Bonus Prize is an 11-day cruise on a yacht around Australia’s North Coast, or $100,000 in cash. The deadline to buy tickets is Feb. 9.
A trip to Ireland is the VIP Prize, which features four nights at the historic Dromoland Castle and three nights in Dublin. The prize features an option to take $30,000 in cash.
The deadline for tickets for the VIP Prize is Jan. 19.
Many other prizes are available in the lottery, with all proceeds to be shared between the Royal University, St. Paul’s and Saskatoon City Hospital foundations.
Tickets are $100 each, $250 for three or $375 for five. There also are Super Packs and Max Packs available.
