Special air quality statement expanded to Saskatoon

A special air quality statement has been expanded by Environment Canada to include Saskatoon.

It’s also been expanded to include Davidson, Leader and Kamsack.

The weather office says a plume of wildfire smoke is continuing to move slowly and is making its way eastward across central Saskatchewan.

People with health conditions are asked to monitor their time outside and take caution if necessary.
