The Saskatoon Baseball Club needs a name, and the team is turning the search into a contest.
The team will be playing in the Western Canadian Baseball League starting in the 2024 season. But before the club can make up its uniforms and logo, it needs a name.
The club is turning to the public for suggestions, and said one lucky fan who submits the winning name will win a season ticket for life.
Entries can be submitted online, and the team said the best suggestions will be shared and voted on by fans.
Suggestions shared on Twitter include the Saskatoon Berries and the Bridge City Bombers.
