A 61-year-old Saskatoon man charged with voyeurism earlier this year is facing three more charges — and police believe there may be more victims in the city.
In a media release Tuesday, Saskatoon police said the first charge was filed April 10 after a 14-year-old reported seeing someone filming them in a changeroom at a clothing store in the 300 block of 105th Street East.
Police said the suspect left the store, but was identified through further investigation. He was arrested and charged with voyeurism.
“As a result of the arrest, investigators executed a search warrant at his residence in the 600 block of Perehudoff Crescent and seized several devices,” the police release said. “Further examination of the devices found identified additional victims with similar historical events.”
As a result, the man is facing another three charges of voyeurism. He was to appear in court Tuesday.
“Investigators believe there may be additional victims, and they are encouraged to report to (police) if they have had similar incidents,” the release said.
