Saskatoon police have released surveillance video showing a van they believe was connected to the homicide of Angose Standingwater in the area of the killing.
Saskatoon Police are releasing video surveillance in the homicide of 30-year-old Angose Standingwater. The footage shows the white Dodge Caravan leaving a business parking lot in the 3000 block of Clarence Avenue South at approximately 10:50 p.m., May 20, 2023, and travelling towards the intersection of Brand Road and Clarence Avenue.Major Crime investigators believe that some motorists in the area may have witnessed the vehicle and are looking to speak with them.Anyone who has information about this vehicle in the area at that time is asked to contact Saskatoon Police at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

The footage shows a white Dodge Caravan leaving the parking lot of a business in the 3000 block of Clarence Avenue South at approximately 10:50 p.m. on May 20, and travelling towards the intersection of Brand Road and Clarence Avenue.

On May 20, police responded to a business in the Stonebridge neighbourhood at around 11 p.m. for a call about an injured person. Officers found the 30-year-old Standingwater with a life-threatening injury and, despite lifesaving efforts, he died at the scene.
A week ago, police said they were looking for a white Dodge minivan they believed was involved in the incident in some fashion. The minivan was located the next day.
