A 22-year-old Saskatoon man is facing charges after an investigation by the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit.
On Thursday, officers executed a search warrant at a home in Saskatoon and seized electronic devices. The man was charged Sunday with two counts of possession of child pornography.
He was released from custody on numerous conditions and is to make his next court appearance March 13.
The ICE Unit — comprising officers from the Saskatchewan RCMP, Regina Police Service, Saskatoon Police Service and Prince Albert Police Service — investigates crimes involving the abuse and/or exploitation of children on the Internet.
