Police are searching for a man who escaped from the minimum-security unit of the Saskatchewan Penitentiary in Prince Albert.
At around 9:30 Thursday night, the RCMP was notified that Brian Patrick Aubichon walked away from the unit. He is now considered unlawfully at large.
Police didn’t say why Aubichon was in prison.
Aubichon, 24, is a First Nations man who stands 5-feet-8 and weighs 146 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Prince Albert, Saskatoon and Meadow Lake areas.
