The tournament has raised over $30,000 for various charities and other causes throughout Saskatoon.
A Pride crosswalk in Warman was defaced by graffiti twice within the last two weeks, and a reward is being offered for information that leads to the perpetrator.
According to Crime Stoppers, the Warman RCMP detachment is looking for information that could identify the vandal or vandals responsible for painting hateful messages on the rainbow-painted crosswalk.
Photos show the graffiti included the word “pedophiles,” anti-gay slurs, and a reference to a bible verse about the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah.
Anyone with information on the vandalism is asked to contact Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers. Tips can be left anonymously, Crime Stoppers said, and any information that leads to an arrest or charge could result in a reward of up to $2,000.
