$20M Lotto Max jackpot belongs to someone in Saskatchewan

Someone in Saskatchewan just had their life changed.

The Western Canada Lotteries Corporation says the winning ticket from Tuesday’s $20-million Lotto Max draw was purchased in the province.

Another millionaire was made in Saskatchewan in January when Dustin Kiefer won $50 million playing Lotto Max.
