A former friend of Michael Jackson — the man who took off with his daughter over a vaccine dispute — fears the anti-vax dad won’t go down without a fight.
Kurt Jedel claims that in the past, Jackson talked about elaborate plans to take his daughter Sarah, well before it was about vaccines.
“He spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out how he could get Sarah and get away,” Jedel told Gormley on Thursday. “He said he would take Sarah and they would change their identities and he would work his way up to Alaska and they would catch a boat to Russia.”
Another plan Jedel alleges Jackson had was would to move to B.C., where he would build his own house and live off the grid.
That’s why when police showed up at Jackson’s house in December looking for him, Jedel was not surprised.
Jedel described Jackson as controlling and he fears what will happen when police catch up with Jackson.
“When this thing ends, and when police do find him, it’s not going to end well. He has no respect for the courts and he has absolutely no respect for RCMP or any police force,” Jedel said.
The former friend of Jackson says the father will fight tooth and nail rather than give up seven-year-old Sarah.
“You know how a mother bear protects her cubs? That will be Mike,” Jedel said.
Jedel believes someone is helping Jackson. Jedel said Jackson did not have any money and had been depending on CERB before that ran out in September.
“I would caution those who may be helping him,” Jedel said. “I hope they realize the kind of individual he is and they may have bitten off more than they can chew. Just be cautious.”
Jackson is the subject of a Canada-wide warrant.
