A fifth person has been charged in connection to an assault and confinement case last summer in Saskatoon.
The charges stem from an alleged attack on a 26-year-old man on August 21st 2020.
The victim was held in a house in the 400 block of Avenue G South and assaulted by four people, according to police. The victim sustained serious injuries.
As a result of that investigation, police charged a 20-year-old man, and two women, ages 19 and 31.
On Wednesday, the police service announced it had identified and arrested a 38-year-old man.
He is facing charges of aggravated assault and unlawful confinement.
