Curtis Dickson and Dane Dobbie burned the Rush with six points each in a 14-7 win for the Calgary Roughnecks.
Adam Jones led the Rush with a hat-trick as Saskatchewan lost to Calgary for the first time since the 2015 season.
Tyler Carlson and Aaron Bold split the loss in goal as the Rush outshot Calgary 60-46.
Having secured first in the West, the Rush will receive a bye through the first round of NLL playoffs.
