The Regina Fire Department rescued a person from a burning building in the Cathedral neighbourhood on Tuesday night.
Crews were called to the home near Victoria Avenue and Angus Street and used a ladder to help the victim escape.
The individual was taken to hospital, but any injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
The home ended up being damaged extensively in the blaze.
