Yorkton RCMP have charged a teenager after a highway crash killed two people last year.
A 19-year-old man from Yorkton is charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death.
The man’s name was not provided in an RCMP news release.
On Sept. 24, 2016, a car heading south collided with another going north on Highway 10, just south of Yorkton.
A 17-year-old boy and a 29-year-old man were killed.
An 18-year-old man was taken to hospital in Regina with serious injuries.
The accused will make his first court appearance on April 10 in Yorkton.
The city is located around 187 kilometres northeast of Regina.
