But a new study from the University of Saskatchewan found that stretching is more effective than walking when it comes to lowering blood pressure, as stretching helps expand blood vessels and improve circulation by reducing stiffness in arteries. Dr. Phil Chilibeck co-authored the study, and he joins Gormley to tell us why stretching might be the key to relieving hypertension.
