10:00 – Ryerson Professor Patrice Dutil is leading a group of 130 experts in defense of Sir John A. Macdonald’s legacy and reputation, which have both suffered recently as modern Canadians reexamine the actions of our first PM. Statues of Macdonald have been removed, and his name has been struck from buildings, notably at Queens University. Is Sir John A. the victim of a woke, cancel-culture mob, or should we judge historical figures according to our modern standards and sensibilities? Call 1-877-332-8255 and let us know where you stand.

11:00 – Costco is ending its photo printing services next month and closing its photo departments, saying “… The need for printing photos has steeply declined, even though the number of pictures taken continues to grow.” This announcement got us wondering: Do people still keep and treasure physical photos, or just store your pics digitally? Will you miss the Costco photo counter, or are there better options available? Give Gormley a call at 1-877-332-8255 and join the conversation!
12:00 – The City of Regina is fighting to keep the Nav Can air traffic control tower at the city’s airport. James Bogusz is CEO of the Regina Airport Authority, and he’s been meeting with Nav Canada to oppose the move and make the case for Regina keeping its tower and all associated services in place. Bogusz joins Gormley to tell us more.
