Premier Scott Moe is working to keep those cases low, including discouraging any interprovincial travel over the long weekend. Moe joins Gormley for an update on the fight against COVID-19 in Saskatchewan, the preparations for schools to re-open next week, and his message to the province heading into the holiday weekend.

11:00 – The Canadian Coalition for Firearms Rights is set to debut a new documentary Monday. “Broken Trust,” a one-hour doc explaining the issues with the new federal gun bans and the CCFR’s legal fight against the bans. The film will air on the Sportsman’s Channel Sept. 7, 10, 12, and 13, and CCFR CEO Rod Giltaca joins Gormley with an update on the coalition’s fight against the Trudeau government’s new gun-control measures.

12:00 – Saskatchewan has launched an online registry for organ donation, allowing residents to make a formal declaration of their decision to donate their organs and tissue. Dr. Joann Kawchuk, medical director for donation with the Saskatchewan Health Authority, says the registry will mean more chances to save lives, and she joins Gormley to discuss the registry and organ donation in Saskatchewan.
