What went wrong at the World Juniors for Team Canada

AJ Jacubec said roster, coaching and penalties held Canada back at the World Juniors.
All phone, internet and cellular services are down in the area around Spiritwood, including 911.
A Sasktel building caught on fire Sunday morning, taking out the infrastructure.
From Spiritwood, the outage extends this far:
- To the north: up to Chitek Lake, SK.
- To the south: down to Rabbit Lake, SK.
- To the east: to Debden, SK.
- To the west: to be determined.
In the meantime, RCMP are encouraging anyone in need of emergency services to drive to their local detachment.
