The $1.33M rent reduction comes from what the club owed during seasons impacted by the pandemic.
The Government of Saskatchewan reported five new COVID-19 cases Monday, the lowest single-day total in three weeks.
The last time the case numbers were that low was July 19, when there also were five new cases.
Three of the new cases reported Monday were in the Regina zone which, after last week’s redesign of the regions, includes 27 communities in the area. There also was one case in the Saskatoon area and one in the south-central zone.
The total number of cases to date in Saskatchewan is 1,450.
The government also reported eight more recoveries Monday, increasing that total so far to 1,265. To date, 20 residents of the province have died due to complications from COVID-19.
There now are 165 active cases in the province.
There are 13 people in hospital, including eight — three in Saskatoon, three in the southwest, one in Regina and one in the south-central region — who are receiving inpatient care.
Five people are in intensive care, with three in Saskatoon, one in the north-central region and one in the southwest.
Of the total number of cases, 723 are community contacts (including mass gatherings), 399 don’t have any known exposures, 206 are travellers, and 122 are still being investigated by local public health officials.
The total includes 64 health-care workers.
There have been 352 cases in the far north area (346 far northwest, six far northeast), 330 from the south area (156 southwest, 163 south-central, 11 southeast), 231 in the north area (100 northwest, 66 north-central, 65 northeast), 225 in the Saskatoon area, 190 from the central area (160 central-west, 30 central-east) and 121 cases in the Regina area. The hometown of one case remains under investigation.
There have been 459 cases in the 20-to-39 age range, 459 between the ages of 40 and 59, 248 in the 60-to-79 age range, 230 involving people aged 19 and under, and 54 involving people aged 80 and over.
There were 1,297 tests done Sunday, increasing the total in Saskatchewan to date to 113,045.
