Saskatoon police arrested a 20-year-old man after reports of three people being sprayed with bear mace Sunday morning.
Police received reports of the incident shortly before 8 a.m. on the 500 block of 20th St W.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found a 16-year-old girl, a 21-year-old man, and a 23-year-old man who had been attacked with bear spray. The victims were treated on scene by Medavie Health Services.
A 20-year-old man was arrested within minutes of police arriving. He was found hiding under a deck in the neighbourhood.
The suspect is facing numerous charges, including assault with a weapon and possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.
The 20-year-old will remain in custody until he sees a Justice of the Peace Sunday.
