A 42-year-old Saskatoon man has been arrested and charged in connection to a recent death in Warman.
Ranbir Dhull of Saskatoon will appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court Monday morning, his first appearance for his charge of first degree murder in connection to the death of 23-year-old Samandeep Jhinger.
Warman RCMP found Jhinger’s body at a residence in the community on Friday after an investigation into a missing persons report on Thursday.
Her death was considered suspicious at the time.
An autopsy for Samandeep is scheduled to take place in Saskatoon on Tuesday.
RCMP say Dhull was known to Jhinger.
The investigation is ongoing, with the RCMP Major Crime Unit North looking for more information.
Warman residents will also continue to see an increased police presence around 3rd Street West due to the ongoing investigation.
