Three people are facing trafficking charges after Saskatoon police searched a home in Wildwood.
A man and a woman were taken into custody Thursday night after police did a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Centennial Drive. Officers had observed activity consistent with drug trafficking, and cocaine and cash were seized.
As a result of the traffic stop, a search warrant was executed at a residence in the 100 block of Tait Crescent, where another man was arrested without incident.
In total, police recovered 7.7 grams of crack cocaine and more than $3,600.
A 39-year-old woman from Saskatoon is facing charges of possession of cocaine. A 31-year-old man from Surrey, B.C., is facing charges related to the possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine. A 34-year-old man from Alberta is facing charges related to the trafficking of cocaine.
