Saskatoon woman assaulted and held against her will

The Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating following a report of forced confinement and assault of a 20-year-old woman.

A Good Samaritan found the woman in the King George area and took her to the hospital.

Saskatoon police were called to Royal University Hospital where the woman was receiving treatment for serious but non life-threatening injuries.

Officers got information that she had been held in a home against her will and assaulted by several people for some time.
