'Considering the circumstances ... this is best-case scenario,' Cole Cusitar said.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) ended its outbreak declaration at the Meadow Lake Hospital on Friday.
It comes after a 10-day exposure period ended with no additional cases.
On May 5 the SHA declared an outbreak at the facility when a staff member tested positive for COVID-19.
Other employees who were in contact with the staff member self-isolated during the exposure period.
They all tested negative for the virus, the SHA said.
