Saskatoon police receive masks from local Home Hardware

Emergency responders remain on the job during the COVID-19 pandemic, but thanks to a local business Saskatoon police have some extra protection.

“Our members are breathing easy after 800 N95 masks were provided to us by the Home Hardware on Central Avenue last week!” the service said in a Twitter post on Thursday afternoon.

The Government of Canada describes the masks as protection against exposure to respiratory viruses and bacteria.
