The latest show home for the Saskatoon Hospital Home Lottery was revealed to media on Tuesday.
The $1.8-million custom-built home located in Greenbryre features six bedrooms and more than 4,400 square feet of living space.
“The size of the house is impressive. It’s big,” said Atmosphere Interior Design co-owner Curtis Elmy.
“Every few rooms, there is something you just can’t find. They’re either custom built or imagined.”
The grand prize show home for this spring’s lottery, comes fully furnished, along with $50,000 cash.
The lottery supports Saskatoon three hospitals — St Paul’s, Royal University and City.
Proceeds from the lottery will go toward purchasing surgery room equipment at City Hospital, a telemetry unit at RUH and supporting a 15-bed hospice at St.Paul’s.
Showings begin on Jan. 25. The draw date for the show home is on April 15. For more details, visit the Hospital Home Lotteries website.
