The RCMP has charged five people in connection with the death of 28-year-old Sheena Marie Billette.
A driver on Highway 102 discovered Billette’s body on Dec. 23 just north of La Ronge.
Mounties have now charged Charlie Napthalie Charles, 25, Deborah Maggie Mckenzie, 30, Telsa Jane Mckenzie, 24, and Sharise Justice Sutherland-Kayseas, 24, with first-degree murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement.
Kandi Rose Ratt, 27, is charged with accessory after the fact to murder.
Sutherland-Kayseas, Deborah Mckenzie and Telsa Mckenzie were arrested in La Ronge on Monday, the RCMP said in a media release.
The RCMP continues to search for Ratt and Charles.
They are considered dangerous and should not be approached, according to the RCMP.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Ratt and Charles is asked to contact the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
