The woman found dead along Highway 102 has been identified as 28-year-old Sheena Marie Billette of La Ronge.
A motorist who was travelling the highway early Monday discovered her body about 8 km north of La Ronge.
The Regina Major Crimes Unit South, Forensic Identification Unit and La Ronge Detachment officers continue to investigate and an autopsy will be done in the next few days.
Officers are looking for information from anyone who may have known Billette`s whereabouts, activities, and interactions during the last week of her life. They say this could help with their investigation.
