A man was arrested after a report of a bear spray attack on another man in Moose Jaw on Saturday.
According to a release from the Moose Jaw Police Service, police were called to the 500 block of 1st Avenue North West at about 8:14 p.m.. When they got there, the suspect had already left the area but was located shortly after.
The man was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon and breach of Undertaking x 2. He will be in custody until he goes to court Monday morning.
The victim was taken to hospital by EMS for treatment and was released shortly after.
