Garage fire in Exhibition area now being called suspicious

A garage fire Wednesday morning on St. Henry Ave. is now being investigated as suspicious.

Police say before the fire started, a man reportedly carrying two machetes knocked on the door of the house, had a brief discussion with the homeowner, then left.

Shortly after that the garage went up in flames.

An arson investigator was called in and deemed the fire suspicious.
