Saskatchewan RCMP released more information around the Sheree Fertuck murder investigation on Thursday, in hopes of receiving some tips from the public in return.
Fertuck disappeared in December 2015. She was last seen leaving her family’s farmyard, east of Kenaston, wearing glasses, grey sweat pants, a grey sweater and white running shoes.

A few months later, police began treating her disappearance as a homicide.
Last month, RCMP charged Greg Fertuck, her estranged husband, with first-degree murder in connection to her death. He was also charged with one count of offering an indignity to human remains.
Despite charges being laid, Fertuck’s body has never been found.
On Thursday, Mounties released photos of the areas officers have searched since 2015.

The search parameters include: north of the gravel pit directly south and adjacent to Highway 15, south of the Highway 764 grid extension and east of the Highway 764 grid extension.
In a the same news release, police also noted they’re looking for information about a dark-coloured tarp-like or polyethylene material.
“If pieces of this material have been found in these areas, Saskatchewan RCMP are asking the public to come forward as this information can help us find Sheree,” Mounties wrote in the media release.
