A fatal crash north of Regina on Sunday night is being blamed, at least in part, on alcohol.
RCMP said it happened on the Pasqua Street extension grid road, south of Zehner Road. Officers were on the scene shortly after 7 p.m.
Two pickup trucks were involved in the crash and one man died on scene. As of Monday morning, there was no word on the condition of anyone else involved in the crash.
Officers were looking into the cause of the collision but, on Sunday night, said alcohol was a factor.
The road was closed for several hours as the RCMP and its collision reconstructionists investigated.
