A fire in Saskatoon’s north end on Sunday has caused extensive damage.
Emergency crews responded to a call around 2:30 p.m. after a home on Saguenay Drive, in the River Heights neighbourhood, caught fire.

The flames ended up spreading a second house.
Crews quickly determined that no one was home in either house at the time.

Saskatoon Police were called out to keep traffic off Saguenay Drive as fire crews dealt with the flames for upwards of four hours.

Traffic restrictions in the area have since been lifted.
No word on the cause of the fire.
