RCMP have identified a 19-year-old woman from Altona, Manitoba as the victim of a fatal highway crash over the August long weekend.
The single-vehicle rollover happened Monday on Highway 40, about five kilometres west of Cut Knife, Sask. The town is located around 55 kilometres west of North Battleford.
Police said the 19-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
An 18-year-old male driver, also from Altona, was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
There was no update on his conditions as of Tuesday.
No charges have been laid at this time.
