Everybody loves taking bubble baths, but what about a 5 KM run with a bunch of bubbles?
That’s what hundreds of people took part in this weekend.
It’s called the 5 K Canada Foam Fest and on top of suds, there is obstacles and mud.
“It was filthy,” said one runner, Amanda Boychuk. “It was so much fun and the obstacles were awesome, like the sliding, the crawling, and the rolling.”
Some of the obstacles included: slip and slides, a massive dead drop, crawling through mud, and foam machines.
“The slip and slide was my favorite obstacle,” said participant, Chelsea Hubick. “Crawling through the mud would be my second favorite because you don’t get to do that every day.”

One boy was just proud of his Mother.
“My Mom tried her hardest,” he said.
MacKay Russo was just impressed with the course.
“I thought it was amazing,” he said. “The amount of effort put into the track and all the foam and water slides it was so cool.”
Everybody we spoke to plans on coming back next year.
“Of course, I’m coming back this run is sweet,” said Chase Auseth.
I’d rather be running in it, but this @FoamFestCanada is super sweet to cover #yxe @ckomnews pic.twitter.com/PE3urrjHcK
