Drivers on Highway 4 faced delays Wednesday morning after a train derailment just south of Biggar, Sask.
A communications person for Canadian National (CN) Railways told 650 CKOM five railcars came off the tracks around 6:20 a.m. at a rail crossing on the highway, forcing drivers to detour around the scene.
The derailed rail cars were reportedly not carrying dangerous goods.
No one was injured in the incident.
Highway 4 was re-opened to traffic by 9:45 a.m.
