Saskatoon police are looking for answers after a 21-year-old Winnipeg man showed up at a convenience store on 33rd Street early Saturday morning with a severe head injury.
Officers arrived at the store around 3 a.m. and called in Medavie Health Services West to transport him to hospital.
Investigators believe the man suffered his non-life threatening injuries in a fight or altercation at a business a few blocks southeast in the 900 block of Northumberland Avenue.
Police said they have spoken to several witnesses but have not made any arrests in connection as the investigation continues.
